Top local Real Estate Team is searching for an exceptional Administrative Assistant / Transaction Coordinator.
This is a secure long term professional position. We go above and beyond to provide concierge level service to our clients, to grow our business and our skills each year. QUALIFICATIONS
- Florida Real Estate License preferred, not essential however.
- Transaction Coordination experience preferred
- Advanced in Microsoft Office and/or Google workspace
- Very familiar using Stellar MLS
- Proficient in office, CRM(s), Internet, and a quick learner in other programs
- Professional demeanor
- Great phone skills
- Interpersonal/oral and written communication
- Quick thinker, learner and self-motivated
- Exceptional at follow-through, execution, and attention to detail & accuracy
- Comfortable preparing listing documents, presentations, and other documents
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and monitor documents and processes associated with real estate transactions
- Communicate (verbal, written and in person) professionally with clients, vendors, and agents to keep all parties informed
- Data entry into relevant databases, calendars and appFiles
- Be a self-starter, set a plan in motion quickly, and take action to complete tasks and goals.
- Other duties as needed by the team
