Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with 2 years of administrative experience for a contract-to-hire position in the South Tampa area. The right individual will be friendly, have an outgoing personality and be motivated to learn!
Within this exciting role the ideal candidate will provide full administrative support, including phone and email support, typing reports, copying, scanning, filing and distribution of correspondence.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Processing contracts, requests for information
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Support on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
- Provide event support by scheduling and facilitating department-wide meetings
- Plan, facilitate, communicate, and expense team and department-wide events.
- Gather and coordinate department reporting
What you need to succeed at:
- 2 years administrative assistant experience or experience in office management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Including Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to support tasks of moderate complexity, which require discretion and independent judgment
- Highly organized work style with excellent interpersonal skills
