We are partnering with an Engineering Firm who is looking to add a professional Administrative Assistant to their team!

Job Description:

  • Directly support management team and engineers with administrative duties
  • Complete audits on contracts and construction bid requests
  • Data Entry of purchase orders into the database
  • Communicate effectively as a liaison between engineers, sales team, and clients
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience
  • Engineering or construction industry experience preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent worker with high attention to detail

This is a temporary to hire position. Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm. Starting pay is $15 – $16/hr.
