Responsibilities:
- Answer phones as required
- Assist staff with administrative tasks as required
- Prepare warranty books
- Customer service
- May require basic level accounting skills
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with various software as required
- Ability to use standard office machines as required
- Strong organization skills
- Basic bookkeeping skills (preferred, not required)
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous Administrative experience in an office or professional setting (preferred)
