Only considering candidate that are a Florida Licensed Notary and living in the Tampa Bay area.
Responsibilities:
- Perform many functions from a clerical and administrative stance
- Organize files, perform scheduling, maintain calendars, greet visitors, answer phones, order supplies, read contracts, provide insight, make travel arrangements, and many more activities to keep the day-to-day moving
- Work with MS Office Suite to maintain various company information such as contact databases
- Prepare contracts and sale documents as needed
- Attend internal and external meetings as needed
Skills:
- Florida Licensed Notary
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Degree preferred
- Strong MS Office Suite experience
- Professional communication, demeanor, and presence
