Full Job Description

We are seeking an individual for an active Condominium Management office located in St. Petersburg, FL (33716). The Administrative Assistant reports to a Senior Community Association Manager. This position includes 40 hours per week (Monday 10:30am-7:00pm and Tuesday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm).

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Work at the direction of the Community Association Manager
  • Respond to questions and requests from residents
  • Process work order requests for the on-site maintenance staff
  • Coordinate and work with third party vendors dispatched to the property

Experience

  • 1 – 3 years of directly related clerical or administrative support experience preferred; HOA, property management related experience is a plus
  • Must be able to use MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and exercise diplomacy
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with residents and staff members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
