Environmental consulting firm in Tampa is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant.
Job Description: Your main responsibilities will be:
1) Provide admin support – printing, filing, scanning, etc.
2) Assist with some calendaring/traveling
3) Organize and print documents; for example might need to provide 5 copies of a mock up
4) Help with sourcing resumes for positions – assist with some HR tasks (only hire a few times a year though so not anything extensive with this)
5) Assist with marketing proposals – there will be a template, but this person will have to update slides with the correct images and information
6) Conduct web searches on various government websites to check for newly listed RFPs
7) Type meeting notes from the weekly meetings and send out to staff
Requirements and Qualifications: You will have 2 – 5 years of experience in an Admin/EA role. You will have demonstrated strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite including: Basic Excel and Intermediate Word – MUST know how to create a Table of Contents and link pages. Comfortable with Social Media including Linked In. Graphic Design software is a huge plus!
