Primary Functions :
- Setting meetings through Outlook
- Office clean up (stocking supplies for Business Services and Finance, making sure office is neat and presentable)
- Ordering office supplies
- General admin work
- Ordering lunch for team events
- Managing general office needs
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficient in Outlook.
- Ideally looking for someone that has either been an office manager or has been an administrative assistant.
