Contract
Primary Functions :

  • Setting meetings through Outlook
  • Office clean up (stocking supplies for Business Services and Finance, making sure office is neat and presentable)
  • Ordering office supplies
  • General admin work
  • Ordering lunch for team events
  • Managing general office needs

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficient in Outlook.
  • Ideally looking for someone that has either been an office manager or has been an administrative assistant.
