Job Summary

Securevest Realty is rapidly expanding its property management division and seeking a highly organized and pro active administrative assistant. Our current clients range from individual investors to private equity firms who own single and multi family properties. We leverage the latest technology to provide first class service to our clients.

Selected candidate will start as part time for first 30 day trial period then can migrate to full time hours. We also offer a bonus program for those who take a pro active approach to help us cut cost and grow profits.

Responsibilities and Duties

Property Management experience and basic knowledge of real estate is preferred but not required and duties will include the following:

-Create and upload monthly invoices & fee’s, reimbursements and repair quotes for owners & vendors

-Reconcile monthly bank statements, process payables within escrow and operating accounts

-Prepare 3 day notices for delivery – coordinating with staff on amounts and dates.

-Process vendors and sub-contractors invoices for quotes and repairs to be completed

-Update company website for new rental listings and assist with marketing and social media outreach.

-Updating tenant files – electronic and paper to update information including notices for lease renewals

-Updating Owner’s files – Management agreements up to date with info on property and tenant status

-Contacting various vendors to obtain bids on select repair and replacement items

-Coordinating showings for property that are available for rent – time slots and dates

-Taking customer service phone call requests and general file administration

Qualifications and Skills

-Prior administrative experience in a fast pace environment and able to multi task

-Basic accounting knowledge

-Computer skills including excel, data base management, and social media

-Basic knowledge of real estate

-Proactive problem solver who takes initiative

-Recommend methods and systems to maximize effeciencies

-Reside in the Tampa Bay area and have reliable transportation
