Candidate shall have the ability to answer multiple calls and provide customer service to residents that stop by the office with various requests and concerns. Works to assist the Association Manager with secretarial type duties. Typing and proper spelling/grammar is necessary in this position. Other tasks may be: Filing, Document Processing, Permit issuing, supply management, scanning, copying, mass mailings, faxing, processing applications and background checks, taking and recording payments, processing incoming and outgoing mail. MUST have a High School Diploma. Bi-Lingual is a plus as we have many Spanish speaking residents. Health benefits available after 60 days. One week vacation after 1 year.
