Elite Insurance Partners in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking to hire an Administrative Coordinator to help assist our customer support team and department leadership team. The Administrative Coordinator will provide direct support for day-to-day administrative duties in addition to more project related deliverables to support management. A candidate who is an excellent communicator, who can work well and efficiently under pressure, a quick learner, highly organized and detail-oriented, takes initiative, and work proactively to solve problems with minimal guidance will be ideal for the position.

Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to department leadership team.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agenda, presentation, and meeting notes.
- Investigate client chargebacks and accurately handle each case.
- Regularly monitors and maintains current agents licenses and contracts.
- Engages with clients and conducts 21 day follow up on cases.
- Creates Lucid Flowcharts for department.
- Conducts and reports on call reviews for department staff.
- Monitor licensing email box and replies within a timely fashion.
- Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects as appropriate.
- Assist leadership with regular team reviews and coaching.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties and projects as assigned.
Administrative Coordinator Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the administrative support field.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong capability to multitask and finish assigned projects before deadlines are due.
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
- Self-motivated and effective in a team setting and individually.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, records, and database management.
