Who You’ll Work With
You will be based in our Tampa office as part of McKinsey Digital.You will be a member of our McKinsey Digital practice management team that supports our cross-cutting client capabilities priorities and our core service lines including McKinsey Technology, McKinsey Analytics, Leap and McKinsey Design. You will work closely with the global director of capabilities and the global manager of capabilities as well as the broader cross-functional teams around the globe.McKinsey Digital (“DnA”) is the global home to over 5,000 of the world’s most talented professionals across the fields of digital, analytics, technology and design. What You’ll Do
You will work with the global McKinsey Digital leadership and practice management team to execute on practice priorities across our knowledge and capabilities agenda.In this role, your scope and responsibilities are not static and will evolve over time. You will be the department’s point of contact for the firm’s global senior advisors program. You will help lead internal communications to increase awareness and engagement of senior advisors. You will be the glue between the team and the firm’s senior advisors and help with the administrative process of bringing on new senior advisors (e.g., entering application data into our firm system), onboarding of new senior advisors, maintaining CVs and the bio deck, helping with potential invoicing questions, and support the coordination part of contract renewals. You will also collaborate with the sponsors of each senior advisor and help build new processes related to the department’s senior advisors program.You will be a core member of the team creating, maintaining and radiating best in class client development materials (e.g., case studies, client references, video testimonials) across regions and service lines. You will work closely with service lines to maintain the digital case library site and work to create secure video sites to support client discussions. You will track requests for key client development materials and follow-up on a quarterly basis to obtain feedback. You will also support the first alert process to guide teams to the most relevant assets, tools and experts.You will work closely with the broader practice team to support the development and maintenance of key knowledge assets and channels. You will also help with knowledge investment tracking and budgeting. You will also help to ensure that the practice runs smoothly by overseeing key elements of the operation including updating user expertise/affiliation, maintaining distribution lists and other ad hoc requests.
Qualifications
- Experience with or interest in digital and analytics topics
- Proficient in standard business systems (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of firm tools and databases is a major plus
- Excellent prioritization skills; ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organization skills; extremely detail-oriented
- Solid analytical thinking capabilities
- Ability to work independently; high reliability of handling assigned tasks in a diligent manner
- Ability to build networks around the firm; resourceful in seeking out best practices and support
