This company looking for an administrative/Exec assistant to support the CEO and Controller!

Responsibilities:
Provides high-level administrative support to company executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives. Responsibilities
1. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
2. Record, type and distribute meeting minutes.
3. Read / analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine significance and plan distribution.
4. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. 5. Type reports, memos, letters and other documents using word relevant computer software.
6. Assisting with HR responsibilities including onboarding, background checks and handling benefit questions.
7. Assist with Marketing efforts including social media posts, development of marketing material and tradeshows.
8. General office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.
9. File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.
10. Make travel arrangements for executives.
11. Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
12. Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
13. Arrange corporate events, such as company meetings, charity and staff appreciation events
14. Perform other related duties, as assigned.
