W Creative Agency is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Marketing Assistant to work closely with our Managing Partners on a variety of responsibilities with a high potential for growth.
The successful candidate will be eager to learn, proactive and a self-starter. This position will be extremely diverse in assisting in the day-to-day of the office duties and growth of the agency. Duties include but are not limited to data entry, calendar management, sales and marketing reporting, graphic design, email and social media marketing.
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field with graphic design experience. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are all important keys to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborating with the Managing Partners and clients on marketing strategy
· Contributing on client deliverables
· Assist in maintaining client & brand-related social media accounts
· Providing administrative support to managing partners
· Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents
· Understanding and supporting company growth plan
· General office duties
Requirements:
· Marketing assistant experience
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask
· A high level of attention to detail
· Goal-oriented with a high degree of professionalism and accountability
· Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
· Competency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp or similar and experience with all social media platforms
· Excellent organization skills
· Customer service skills
· Adaptability — a fast learner with a willingness to build solutions using tools to which you may have had little previous exposure
· Empathy—the innate ability to understand the challenges faced by our customers, and the drive to resolve them
