Looking to hire an Administrative office assistant who works well with others, maintains good office organization, and gets things done in a flash. We are a small company who services and installs garage doors and openers. .
Responsibilities
Administrative tasks include answering phone calls, updating databases, filing, customer service, coordinating appointments/tasks for the owner & techs, tracking client orders, invoicing clients, marketing, running errands.
Qualifications
Strong computer skills in QuickBooks , Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Publisher, and Social Media (Facebook and Blogs) Google, Gmail. Must be organized and a self-starter. If given a task must be able to see it through from start to finish. Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus but not necessary.
