Condominium Association – Administrative Secretary
The person eligible for this position must be able to work in a fast paced office with the ability to multitask and have excellent communication, office skills. Be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Publisher, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.), have knowledge of real estate transaction processing, e.g., background checks, lease, and purchase approvals, along with a broad knowledge of Florida Statutes 718, condominium association office or management company experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as administrative secretary.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- Working knowledge of computers and smartphones.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to demonstrate high degree of proficiency in diplomacy and communication skills.
