Full Job Description
We are a Property Management Company and are looking for a full time administrative assistant with at least one year experience. Salary is negotiable with knowledge and experience.
General description is to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties are as follows:
- Answer, screen,and transfer inbound phone calls
- Receive and direct visitors and clients
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, scanning and mailing
- Retrieve documents from filing system
- Working directly with the Property Manager on important mail outs and violation letters
- Learning where your priorities are and developing those skills into your job
- Handle requests for information and data
- Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
Qualifications and Skills:
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
- Maintain a positive team environment and be punctual
- Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
