Who we are looking for?
- Must have a solid base in technology including prior experience with office equipment and computers.
- Manage details well and have strong problem solving skills.
- Task focused as will need to complete projects while handling requests for support and assistance from our real estate agents and staff.
- Relationship skills as will be working closely with agents and staff.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products/Google
- Growth oriented with a willingness to learn new technology
- Florida license in real estate a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train agents on new technology platform
- Handle basic computer challenges
- Answer support questions for our agents
- Create Powerpoint presentations, create and coordinate monthly education calendar with in-house instructors and vendor sponsors
- Create marketing materials and event flyers and manage social media accounts.
- Other duties as assigned
