Who we are looking for?

  • Must have a solid base in technology including prior experience with office equipment and computers.
  • Manage details well and have strong problem solving skills.
  • Task focused as will need to complete projects while handling requests for support and assistance from our real estate agents and staff.
  • Relationship skills as will be working closely with agents and staff.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products/Google
  • Growth oriented with a willingness to learn new technology
  • Florida license in real estate a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train agents on new technology platform
  • Handle basic computer challenges
  • Answer support questions for our agents
  • Create Powerpoint presentations, create and coordinate monthly education calendar with in-house instructors and vendor sponsors
  • Create marketing materials and event flyers and manage social media accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned
