Who we are looking for?
The Agent Services Coordinator (ASC) must have a solid base in technology including prior experience with Microsoft Office, Google Business Suite, computer usage and office equipment such as commercial printers and multiline phone systems.
The ASC is a task-focused individual who has strong problem-solving skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and return to task after unplanned interruptions. Additionally, the ASC works closely with leadership focusing on support of our office of amazing, high producing real estate agents. The ASC provides technical support, education, and troubleshooting for agents’ needs.
The ASC should be a growth-oriented person willing to learn new technology platforms and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. A Florida real estate license is a plus, but not required!
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete onboarding paperwork and entry of new associates into office systems
- Learn and train agents on the Keller Williams technology platform
- Troubleshoot basic technology challenges from personal computers to office equipment
- Become the “go to” support person for agents
- Create Powerpoint presentations for weekly sales meetings
- Create and coordinate monthly education calendar with in-house instructors and secure sponsorship for certain events
- Create marketing materials and event flyers using Publisher
- Manage office communication via email, text, and social media accounts
- Support leadership as needed with special projects
