Learn how to be an airbnb host and manage up to 50 airbnb units as a Superhost.
Our apartment company owns and manages short term apartment rentals in downtown St. Pete. We currently have 31 units that are run as airbnb – fully furnished short term rentals. We are looking for a manager to operate the 31 airbnb units and grow with us as we reach our goal of 50+ units.
Some of the skills required are basic hotel management knowledge, communicating with guests, experience cleaning, experience as a supervisor, and a “lead-by-example” positive attitude.
We require that you have your own vehicle and use it to navigate to each apartment daily. We do require at least 2 years of supervisor experience and prefer hotel experience (but not required). This position is a hands-on position. We are looking for someone who enjoys hotel work, housekeeping, communicating with the guests and exceeding guest’s expectations each and every day.
Please note, we are looking for someone who will dedicate time around the clock to airbnb and responding to guest questions and inquiries at all times of the day. Office hours are 9am-4pm, with some work outside of the office.
