Team Lead Needed for Medical Office in Apollo Beach

Someone to oversee daily office activities to ensure smooth operations, providing qualified staff and performs related administrative duties by performing the following duties: Duties and Responsibilities: Including but not limited to: Coordinates and monitors office operations to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met on a daily basis. Plans goals/objectives for the medical office. Provides qualified staff to support and contribute to the needs of the practice.

Monitors office procedures and resolves problems through collaboration with the provider, and implements changes as needed. Resolves problems related to patient service, accounting procedures and computer systems. Operates standard office equipment efficiently Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and two to four years related medical experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. One year supervisory experience preferred. This individual should have knowledge of MAC computers, Information technology experience preferred, Valid Drivers License, CPR/First Aid preferred. Directly supervises employees. Including training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work: appraisal performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
