Manage a small office of 1 or 2 employees. Interact and communicate with customers and manage vendors and contractors. Handle some property management projects. Some accounting work and spreadsheet knowledge are required. Ability to multi-task and attention to detail are necessary. Good communication skills, leadership, and ability to take initiatives required. Publish newsletters.

Excellent computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel etc. required. Some knowledge of Quickbooks,Adobe Acrobat and desktop publishing is preferred.

College degree and some real estate or sales experience will be a plus.
