As a Assistant Property Manager you will work closely with your support team: Property Manager, Service manager, District manager, Regional project manager, and Regional VP.
- Experience in Yardi is ideal but not require
- Elon is seeking strong, confident, and friendly multifamily professionals who know how to deliver excellent customer service at all times while keeping the owner’s best interest in mind.
- You must be willing to walk your community daily – our managers and leasing professionals are walking apartments daily working closely with the maintenance departments ensuring schedules are kept and ready product is to our excellent company standard
- Ideal candidates are excited about organizing and promoting monthly resident events
- Sales experience preferred
- You must have an excellent ability to schedule
- Excellent computer skills are required to be able to navigate industry software/systems
- The ability to multi-task
- Must be a proven leader and professionally represent the community and company at all times
- Must have a strong eye for detail. Our communities and ready apartment homes must be immaculate to company standard at all times. “Inspect what you expect”
