Essential Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To :

5. Leasing apartments at optimum rent levels and keeping vacancies to a minimum:
6. Leasing Office Operations: a. Assisting Property Manager to ensure policy and procedure are followed.b. Maintaining a professional and attractive appearance in the rental office and model: plants, accessories and furnishings.c. Daily file maintenance.d. Collecting Delinquent rent.e. Handling move-out processing. Entering resident rent payments into MRI and making bank depositing. Assisting with and promoting social activities as needed.Candidate must be available to work one Saturday a month.
