The Blue Marlin Group is recruiting for an experienced Business Manager to work at a property in Tampa. Qualified candidates will bring at least 5 years of multifamily management experience and a solid history of job stability. This property will undergo a complete renovation upon hire. Consequently, the ideal candidate will have some experience with renovations and excellent tenant relations and customer service skills. This position offers salary plus quarterly bonuses and we are hoping to identify someone who could interview and start immediately.
