Apartment Community Manager
Benchmark Management has an exciting opportunity to join our team in the role of Community Manager at our professionally managed Seminole apartment community.
The positions require two to three years’ experience in a management role in the apartment management industry or a similar industry (such as hospitality, retail, hotel management.) Previous responsibility for implementing company policy and controlling expenditure and supervising a staff (preferred). Positive attitude, energetic, assertive, good attention to detail. Customer Service skills and good communication skills a must.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Occasional travel required.
