*Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Excellent Customer Service and attention to curb appeal
- Accountable for all property operations
- Ensures that all Rents are collected when due and posted daily
- Has constant vendor/contractor communication concerning scheduling
- Hires, trains, motivates and supervises all on-site staff in order to achieve operational goals
- Ensures lease files are completed and that the property is in performing effectively all times.
- Maintain organized records on all aspects of management activity
- Coordinating maintenance work orders, turns and property budget control
- Addressing resident concerns in professional manner.
****POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 YEARS of property management experience
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Detailed orientated, effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Computer literate with both Word and Excel
