Benchmark Management is accepting resumes for the unique position of multi-site Community Manager at our beautiful properties in South Pasadena and North Reddington. These two properties total 100 units.
The positions require a minimum two years’ experience in a management role in the apartment management industry or a similar industry (such as hospitality, retail, hotel management.)
Previous responsibility for implementing company policy and controlling expenditure and supervising a staff (preferred). Positive attitude, energetic, assertive, good attention to detail. Customer Service skills and good communication skills a must. Entrata experience is a plus.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Occasional travel required.
