We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic, professional leader for a 96 unit Conventional Apartment Community in Seffner, FL. This is a small community and is a one-person office with a part-time weekend leasing consultant and a small maintenance staff. As Community Manager, you will oversee the leasing and maintenance professionals with a leadership focus on the operational and financial performance of the property.

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Demonstrate ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate course of action
  • Effectively convey ideas, images and goals to a diverse group of personalities.
  • Self-motivator capable of building and motivating a team
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • 2+ years of property management experience with preferably 1+ year of experience in operating a multifamily property
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license may be required
