This job involves speaking with prospects through email, phone and in person about the property, touring prospects through the community and securing a lease. The employee will be part of a team that interacts with current residents, resolving problems and making their living experience at the community a positive one. Candidates MUST have previous apartment leasing experience! Weekends (on a rotating basis) are required. We are open to discussing a part time position with weekends as well.
