Motivated, energetic individuals with strong sales abilities to assist in the leasing of our apartments in the area. Outstanding sales abilities and one year sales experience in a computerized environment. Must have own transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance. Bilingual is preferred, but not a requirement.

Candidate responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leasing apartments at optimum rent levels
- Helping to reduce vacant apartment levels
- Communicating daily with current and potential residents
- Tracking and following up with potential customers
- Converting walk-in prospects into secured leases
- Persuading telephone and email prospects to visit the property in person
- Preparing and maintaining a variety of paperwork related to current and potential residents
- Performing background checks on potential residents
- Assisting with move-in and move-out procedures
- Participating in property marketing, including promotional events
- Addressing and following up on general complaints and violations
- Inspecting apartments as necessary
- Facilitating a pleasant professional and residential environment
