Apartment Leasing Consultant – HH Staffing Services (Tampa)

We are currently seeking for a highly motivated, goal oriented, and customer focused individual to join our leasing team in Tampa FL. The Leasing Consultant is the person who makes a big impact on our communities through a friendly smile, a welcoming handshake, and a genuine interest in the people walking through the property office door. Our Leasing Consultant creates a positive and lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including but not limited to incoming traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and completing move-in paperwork
  • Attain leasing goals, such as occupancy and rent growth
  • Greet and build rapport with prospects and residents
  • Provide tours of the property
  • Be able to appropriately handle or escalate resident complaints
  • Experience OneSite, Yardi, or MRI, Rent Café , pop card software
  • Conduct weekly market survey by shopping competitor properties
  • Have a good understanding of the overall industry and market trend

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ Experience Apartment Leasing
  • Exemplary communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to interact with others in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and organization skills is a must
  • Weekends a Must
