Adara Communities is looking for an experienced Leasing Manager for our community at Timberlake in Sarasota, Florida.
A Leasing Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate property records, leasing available vacant units, retaining residents, and maintaining property within budgeted parameters, and assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years Apartment Industry experience
- 2+ years Leasing Manager/Assistant Manager experience
- Experience working with conventional apartment communities
- Experience with property management software like Yardi, Onesite, etc
- Stable work history a PLUS
- Bilingual is a PLUS, but not required
Working Environment/Requirements
- A portion of the typical work day is spent at his or her desk handling paperwork, computer transactions, correspondence, and employee or resident meetings.
- Remainder of job requires constant physical inspections and leasing demonstrations of community, walking up/down stairs and covering multi-terrain landscape of property.
