Apartment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for general maintenance at the apartment community. Duties include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, exterior grounds, cleaning, etc. You will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.Excellent customer service is required.
You must have at least 2 years apartment maintenance experience.
Job Type: Part-time Monday Wednesday and Thursday 8AM-5PM
