Magpi Consulting is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance in North Tampa Heights area to join our team! Applicants must hold an HVAC or EPA certification.
Apartment Maintenance candidates will perform general and preventative maintenance, and A/C work based on the various needs of the properties.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Utilize your troubleshooting skills to respond to a wide variety of residential service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare residential homes for rent by performing various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, and appliances.
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Knowledge and experience repairing plumbing, pools, carpentry items, dry wall, building exteriors and appliances.
- HVAC and/or EPA REQUIRED.

Salary: $14.00 to $17.00 /hour
