As the Service Manager you will work closely with the Community Manager, Regional project manager, and Regional VP.
- We are looking for an experienced service manager who is independent as you will be the sole maintenance service provider on a 99 unit (only one story buildings) property. Please provide a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. This position is full time. You must have basic hand tools and a valid Driver’s License with dependable transportation. Excellent scheduling capabilities will be required to successfully reach weekly and monthly goals.
- This opportunity requires on-call emergency availability.
- General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
