As a Maintenance Supervisor you will work closely with the community manager, district manager, regional project manager, and regional VP.
- We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. This position is full time. We want to train you, but experience in multi-family and/or construction is preferred. You must have basic hand tools and a valid Driver’s License with dependable transportation. You must have the ability to get on roofs of single-story constructions and must be comfortable in small spaces as buildings are constructed on a crawl space.
- General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
