Elon Property Management Company has a large presence in the Florida market and is looking to recruit team oriented talent to join our work family! We are looking for a maintenance supervisor for one of our one story building properties in Brandon , FL with 99 units.

The service technician works closely with the service manager, community manager, district manager, regional project manager, and regional VP.
· We are looking for an experienced maintenance service technician who has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. This position is full time. We want to train you, but experience in multi-family and/or construction industry is a plus!You must have basic hand tools and a valid Driver’s License with dependable transportation. You must have the ability to get on roofs of single-story construction, remove snow, and must be comfortable in small spaces as buildings are constructed on a crawl space. Service technician applicants must have the ability to schedule.
· General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
