***Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct all business in accordance with OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc.
- Perform maintenance tasks and schedule accordingly to ensure all resident and vacant unit requests are completed in a timely manner
- Schedule and oversee maintenance staff to perform at optimum levels
- Excellent curb appeal and attention to detail
- Conduct preventative maintenance schedules to include major and minor repairs
- Must know and be able to work proficiently in plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and general punch items
- Addressing resident concerns in professional manner
- Coordinate contractors and stay within budgeted guidelines of the property
***POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical requirements: 66%-100% of time will be on feet.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs and climb ladders
- Detailed orientated, effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Exceptional customer service abilities and have a team first attitude.
