Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct all business in accordance with OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc.
  • Perform maintenance tasks and schedule accordingly to ensure all resident and vacant unit requests are completed in a timely manner
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance staff to perform at optimum levels
  • Excellent curb appeal and attention to detail
  • Conduct preventative maintenance schedules to include major and minor repairs
  • Must know and be able to work proficiently in plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and general punch items
  • Addressing resident concerns in professional manner
  • Coordinate contractors and stay within budgeted guidelines of the property

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Physical requirements: 66%-100% of time will be on feet.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs and climb ladders
  • Detailed orientated, effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and have a team first attitude.
