Apartment Maintenance Service Technician-
F/T for an C+ Apartment Community. 160 units
Duties include:
- make-ready of units,
- service requests (maybe 70 a month or less)
- light plumbing
- electrical
- HVAC repairs
- resident retention and maintaining curb appeal.

Monday – Friday 8am until 5pm
- rotational after hour on call for emergencies.

- At least 1 year experience in the apartment industry
- HVAC certified – Required
- CPO certification a plus.

- CPO – (Pool Operator) (Preferred)
