Adara Communities is looking for a hard working and dedicated Maintenance Technician for our Park at Knightsbridge property in Riverview, Florida.
Job Requirement for Maintenance Technician:
- MINIMUM of 2+ years prior maintenance experience REQUIRED working in the apartment community industry
- HVAC Certification REQUIRED
- Must have experience with Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair and Pools
- Assist with various projects as assigned by Lead Maintenance Supervisor
- Assist with completing service requests
- Assist team with make readies and upgrading apartments
- Must be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate schedule
- Must provide own tools and have reliable transportation
