Allore Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in Tampa, FL to join our team!
Maintenance Technicians prepare and/or assist in the preparation of all vacant apartments to a market-ready condition. Our Maintenance Technicians will additionally perform various general & preventative community maintenance functions and record findings in maintenance logs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Utilize your troubleshooting skills to respond to a wide variety of residential service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready condition by performing various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, and appliances
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion and estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, maintenance or other related fields.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- A minimum of 3-5 years in either portfolio property management and/or multifamily apartment maintenance.
- EPA certification and substantial experience in making HVAC related repairs.
- Knowledge and experience repairing plumbing, pools, carpentry items, drywall, building exteriors, and appliances.
- Ability to use electronic communication professionally and efficiently.
Required Experience:
- *HVAC or EPA certification is required for some assignments
- Six months to one year experience in Porter, Make Ready and/or other multi-family industry work
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- 18+ years or older
- Own basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation to & from work

Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour
