Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced full-time Maintenance Tech for our property in Temple Terrace, FL. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and will be able to perform the following duties:
* HVAC 608 Certification a must
* General Knowledge of Maintenance Repairs
* Making vacant units ready for new residents.
* Electrical and Plumbing knowledge
* Must be able to work in a fasted paced environment
* Manage clean and safe work area.
* Must be detailed oriented!
* Have reliable transportation
* Keeping the community operating smoothly and according to safety standards.
* Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
* Work with the service team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times.
* 3 years of experience in a multi-family setting preferred
