Elon Property Management Company has a large presence in the Florida market and is looking to recruit team-oriented talent to join our work family! As a working Maintenance Professional, you will work closely with your support team: Community Manager, District Manager, Regional Project manager, and Regional VP.
· We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional who has excellent scheduling abilities, and a proven leader who positively motivates his/her team through a strong work ethic, knowledge, and positive attitude. This position is full time. You must have basic hand tools and a valid Driver’s License with dependable transportation. You must have the ability to get up alongside of roofs of single-story constructions, be on-call for, and must be comfortable in small spaces as buildings are constructed on a crawl space.
· General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
