- We are looking for experienced technicians who have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. This position is full time as a floating maintenance technician between a few of our Tampa properties. We want to train you, but experience in multi-family and/or construction is preferred. You want to have basic hand tools and a valid Driver’s License with dependable transportation to be eligible.
General Maintenance Activities: Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, apartment upgrades, emergency and non-emergency service requests, various maintenance activities, community inspections, and maintain immaculate grounds and curb appeal.
