We additionally have diverse experience in many disciplines of Real Estate Development including, Apartments, Office Buildings, Single Family Homes, Townhomes, Mid-Rise Condominiums and Retail Strip Centers.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to prepare our apartment homes for rental, complete maintenance service orders and maintain the overall appearance of our communities.
Qualifications
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Previous experience in multifamily apartment maintenance
- HVAC experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry work and general appliance repairs
- Maintain professional and courteous demeanor in dealing with residents, vendors, contractors and fellow employees
- Must be organized, self-motivated, dependable and punctual
- Works on-call, weekends, holiday and evening work as required
- Clean Driving & Criminal Record
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- You will need to drive your own vehicle to and around our properties. We provide fuel reimbursement.
Compensation
We offer a competitive Salary, plus Bonus. Health Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Paid sick time.
Salary based upon experience.
