Essential Staffing Solutions is actively hiring skilled and EPA Universal Certified HVAC Apartment Maintenance Technicians for immediate placement! If you have strong maintenance skills, know how to prepare vacant units, and can handle HVAC installs and troubleshooting — we want to speak with you!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform HVAC installs, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Prepare vacant units for new residents (Make Ready Duties)
- Complete assigned work orders and emergency repairs
- Handle basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Maintain a clean and safe community for residents
Requirements:
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Previous apartment maintenance experience
- Must have your own tools
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and professional work ethic
