Park Sands Townhomes by Sam and Pete Inc Hereby offers the full time position of maintenance person as a employee with federal tax withheld, by Sam & Pete Inc. This is a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm position for taking care of all matters of the property restoration, or maintaining of the condition of each of 28- 2 bed room rental units, not exclusively, but including items such as: Any light plumbing repairs (deemed those not needing a permit), light carpentry, all interior painting, appliance issues needing repair, A/C repairs and testing (refrig lic needed), minor electrical repairs. And all general maintenance interior repairs for tenants requests, approved through owner Sam& Pete Inc- Pres of company and manager “Peter”, or by his Asst. Mgr. Ernie. Work requested to be completed professionally, and in timely matter, as time is acceptable to tenant. and with tenants permission for access to accomplish any work requested. Occasionally may need to deal with emergency on call matters. Regarding necessary communication, it may at times be maintenance man’s responsibility to make arrangements with tenants to accomplish work requested. All communications between owner and maintenance person should show mutual respect, and fairness toward both the owner’s interests and needs, but also the interests of the tenants, and their concerns which shall always be addressed fairly, and kept as priority by all parties subject to cost effectiveness concerns of management. This complex known as Park Sands Townhomes has a Sec 8 majority of tenants, and the maintaining of these 28 units according to the rules, and requirements of sec 8, shall always be the number one goal of our maintenance team, just as it is the owner’s priority to see this always accomplished, and maintained accordingly. Qualifications and Skills Background in remodeling and construction, and AC refrig lic to work on our ac units and air handlers is necessary for this position.
