This position is only 4 days per week and has excellent benefits!!! Come join our team and work only 36 hours per week!
We are currently seeking two full time Apartment Maintenance Technicians for our senior apartment community downtown St. Petersburg.
Must be knowledgeable in general maintenance repairs and turing units.
You will be required to pass a maintenance skills test.
This is a full-time 4 day per week (36 hours) position. The hours are Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM. Maintenance technicians must rotate “on-call” with other maintenance staff in order to respond to building emergencies.
